Food Safety: Learn More about Food Additives with this Helpful Infographic

Shopping was simpler when most food came from farms. Now, factory-made foods have made chemical additives a significant part of our diet.

In general, it’s best to avoid the following ingredients.
• Aspartame, Acesulfame-K, Saccharin
• Food Dyes
• Mycoprotein (Quorn)
• Partially hydrogenated oils (trans fat)

And don’t forget to cut back on sugar and salt, which cause more harm than all the other additives combined.

Salt and sugar are not evil in moderation which we were not doing with salt so came in short which is twice as dangerous as to much salt so now we adding more and before HFCS we did fine on sugars with no negative effect as every mom had cool-aid and we drank it by the gallon but again we played outside
